Articles - As well as writing this blog I write articles on botanicals and baking, products, restaurants, travel and pretty much anything food related!
Book reviews - I’m happy to review books related to baking, cooking, home gardening and botanicals. I write these up on this blog under the label of ‘review’ and will make appropriate references and thank yous to relevant authors and publishers!
Product reviews - I love experimenting with new botanicals and ingredients derived from nature’s wonderful gardens. If you’d like to send me any products please email me for address details. As above if I use your product in any of my recipes, the appropriate references will be made.
Events, workshops and demos - I have a number of workshops that I run for adults and children, personal and corporate functions. These can be tailored by botanical, season or your theme. The same applies to baking demonstrations.
