Recipes using Lavender

Lavender is used to aid rest and relaxation in the form of scented oils, bath salts and pot pourri. However, some people also use lavender flowers to help indigestion and headaches when used in teas, infusions or food. For baking, make sure you always use food grade lavender or use lavender sugar instead of the caster sugar and ground lavender.
